Townhomes are available now beginning with June move-ins. Our model townhome will open in May. The Community center will be completed in Fall 2026. Our Apartments are charting a course for Spring 2027.

We offer a variety of apartments and townhomes, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans.  All our townhouse units include at least a one-car garage.  Our apartments in our three-story buildings offer garages and storage closets as options.

We are a pet-loving community! We welcome up to two pets per home. While we don’t have weight limits, some breed restrictions do apply. There is a one-time non-refundable $350 pet cleaning fee and a monthly pet fee of $50 per residence. Please reach out for a copy of our full pet agreement.

The following specific breeds of dogs or dogs mixed with these breeds are not permitted: Pitt Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers or American Pit Bull Terriers), Bull Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

To start your journey with us, please provide a completed application, income verification, rental history, and a valid photo ID for all occupants over 18. We process all applications with a standard credit and criminal background check.

Once your application is approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to sign your lease. At that time, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due, along with the pet cleaning fee if applicable. Your first month’s rent is due when you pick up your keys.

No, our leases are offered at 12 or 24 months in length.

Absolutely! For those looking to take to the water, docking, dry sail storage, and marina services are available onsite through the Erie Macedon Landing Marina.

Think of it as your private club on the canal. Opening in Fall 2026, it will feature a resort-style heated pool, a 24-hour fitness center, party rooms, work-from-home stations, outdoor space with a picnic pavilion, fire pit, community grill, and a dock on the canal.

Residents are welcome to use pool and fitness amenities at our sister properties during the interment time before the community center is open.
